Description:
This course provides an opportunity for individuals to undergo initial or recertification training in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS). The course is interactive and practical, involving hands-on activities to showcase BLS skills.
Participants will be expected to actively participate in the hands-on sessions to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Performing single rescuer CPR for adults, children, and infants
- Conducting two-rescuer CPR for adults, children, and infants
- Administering relief for individuals experiencing choking episodes.
Additionally, participants will acquire knowledge about the fundamental operation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
